Clinicians at ERA are able to develop their own caseload and specialty. We all have interest and training in perinatal mental health (and anyone joining our team should have an interest or training here too!), but also have additional expertise in our own interest areas.

The ideal candidate for this role would have training or experience in therapy with perinatal clients (fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, parenting), have additional interests or specialties that complement our team, and have an interest in facilitating groups or workshops.

Benefits:

  • Compensation is a 60/40 split of all fees collected - fee is based on experience & licensure

  • Supervision towards licensure is available on a case-by-case basis with a modified fee split

  • Necessary supplies related to conducting sessions as deemed appropriate by ERA Wellness

Responsibilities:

  • A combination of telehealth and in person (office) sessions. Our office is in Whitefish Bay, and telehealth may be done from home when appropriate.

  • Create and maintain your own schedule within an agreed upon number of sessions per week. Days and times are flexible and at the clinician’s discretion. The ideal candidate would maintain 18-25 client hours per week.

  • Complete required documentation and assessments in a timely manner per clinic policy

  • Maintain Wisconsin state license in good standing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Training or experience in perinatal mental health

  • Training in trauma modalities such as EMDR, Brainspotting, or ART

  • Fully licensed LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. Candidates with provisional licenses will be considered.

  • 2-4 years of experience providing psychotherapy

  • Interest in facilitating groups and workshops

  • Estimated start date in mid September, although there is some flexibility with this
