Become a new client at ERA.

Interested in working together?

Fill out some info and we will be in touch!

Please be aware that it may take us a little longer to get back to you over the final weeks of the year. We promise to get you started as quickly as possible, while also allowing our staff time to rest and spend with family and friends.

We look forward to meeting you soon!

At ERA, we believe that the match between therapist and client is extremely important to the work that you will do in session and has a major impact on your progress and healing. We want your therapist to have the expertise and vibe that you’re looking for to best support the healing you want to do.

We do the best we can to get people seen quickly. That said - if your concerns are super urgent, please let us know in the form below, we don’t want you to wait to be seen either with us or elsewhere (we’re looking at you, perinatal people!).

If you are having thoughts of harm to yourself or others - please call 911 or head to your nearest emergency room. You matter, and it’s important to us that you are safe and get what you need.

If you have other questions about ERA or our services, please see our FAQs.

Submitting this form is not a guarantee of services nor does it constitute a patient/therapist relationship.

What to Expect:

  1. Fill out the New Client Inquiry form below. When it is submitted correctly, you will see a confirmation message thanking you for your information.

  2. Our Clinic Lead will review your information, and consult with our Clinic Director and therapists to determine the best clinician for you given the information that you submitted in the form. If you’re really hoping to see someone in particular, let us know!

  3. The Clinic Lead will contact you via email to schedule a consultation time (a short phone call to make sure you and your new provider are a great fit) and discuss any additional needed information and preferences, and provide some basic practice and clinician information. We want you to have all of your questions answered and feel comfortable with this process when you’re heading into your first appointment with your new therapist.

  4. Check out our FAQs or therapist bios while you wait to hear from us. Please call or email us if you have not heard from us after 1 week.

  5. Have your phone consultation with your new therapist. Make sure they feel like a good fit and ask any questions that you have. Together, you’ll schedule your first full appointment.
