Moving Between Emotions

Last week, Jeni's blog talked about allowing joy in the midst of other difficult emotions. Today's Mindful Moment walks through this very practice.

The point is not to push the intensity. If you aren’t sure you can stay in the mild range, don’t do it. If meditating brings anxiety or intensity for you, don’t do it.
