Hello! I’m Gabrielle. I‘m so happy you have found your way here.

If you are looking for a therapist, chances are you’ve been feeling stuck for a long time. Maybe you have been to a therapist (or a few) and are starting to feel hopeless because nothing has changed yet. You and your struggles are totally unique. You deserve a therapist you feel comfortable with – someone who is willing and able to tailor treatments to your specific circumstances.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, and can meet with patients virtually statewide. I work with clients to help them achieve their mental health goals and reach a greater level of fulfillment and happiness in their lives. I believe that so much of the therapeutic process comes down to the relationship between you and your therapist. Getting to know you as a person and learning about your personal goals is one of my top priorities. I specialize in anxiety, OCD, and trauma. The modalities I use most often are Exposure Response Prevention therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Behavioral Activation.

I believe that everyone deserves to have their identity affirmed, and that is a value I hold both inside, and outside the therapy room.

When you are dealing with things like trauma, anxiety, and OCD, the world can start to feel scary. Maybe you have started to avoid things that make you uncomfortable. The more we avoid, the smaller our world becomes, and the things that once brought us joy and fulfillment have vanished from most of our waking hours. It is my greatest honor to hold space for you as you process your struggles, and to partner with you as you make the difficult but rewarding changes in your life to help you break free from cycles of avoidance, anxiety, and hopelessness.

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and my Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare and Justice from Marquette University. I have worked in various levels of care from inpatient to intensive outpatient. Much of my hospital work has been focused on individuals who are dealing with anxiety or OCD. While in graduate school I interned at the Aurora Healing Center where I provided outpatient psychotherapy to survivors of sexual assault. I have also earned my Trauma Informed Care Certificate from the University of Milwaukee-Wisconsin and do continuing education to consistently improve my patients’ therapeutic journeys.

Outside of the office, I find joy engaging with the people and hobbies that bring me happiness. I love going on long walks while listening to a podcast, reading, trying new bakeries, and watching old movies. Some of my favorites are Casablanca, Singing in the Rain, and Meet Me in St. Louis. When traveling I prioritize checking out theme parks. I love themed parties and gratuitous holiday décor.  Anything kitschy makes me happy. I have been planning on getting into scrapbooking for the past few years…and it’s on my to-do list to start.
